07/20/2017 On a recent visit to Ripley's Believe it or Not Odditorium in Gatlinburg, Tennessee I saw several photos of Robert Ripley with Chinese girlfriends. The townsite was named to dedicate former Santa Fe Railway president Edward Payson Ripley. The town aimed to be a resort location until it was damaged by a flood that swept part of the valley in 1922. Ripley's Haunted Adventure are attractions owned by Ripley Entertainment, known for its Ripley's Believe It or Not! franchise and located along commercial strips and mostly in resort cities.
